Taxi Drivers used as a communication medium for TEDx
The last few weeks I have been busy working on ‘WhyDo’ a campaign idea I pitched to mobile network supplier O2. It has been developed into a national campaign and will be launching on October 7th 2010 all over the UK.
‘WhyDo’ is based on an idea I had to bridge the generation gap. It is an online service that allows, or encourages rather, adults to ask young people WHY they do the things they do.
The aim is to get the two generations talking, to generate understanding, and in future, slowly bridge the generation gap.
Have you ever wondered why young people wear tracksuit bottoms under their jeans? Why they insist on listening to their music on the bus through the loudspeakers on their phone than through earphones? Why young people lack respect for adults?
‘WhyDo’ gives you the opportunity to find out these things and more.
