Old Spice, meet New Spice

They succeeded in making a good advert great with a social media campaign that has swept the internet this week – now confirming it’s true status as an internet ‘meme’ some of the first take-offs of the Old Spice adverts are now appearing online.

Taking the dialogue tone and visual style of ‘The man your man could smell like’ adverts, and applying impressively high production values, is ‘Study like a scholar, scholar’.It’s a great piece apparently extolling the virtues of studying in libraries… and why not.

Oddly I brought a can of Old Spice (After Hours scent no less) home with me from the States last time I was over, so perhaps I should get cracking on my own version.
